Christopher Michalman partnered with Integrated Financial Partners in 2003 to help clients take the next step in planning for retirement. Chris knows that plans are great, but the only thing that matters is what gets implemented. That’s why he works with clients to implement strategies and solutions to meet their specific goals in retirement, and he takes time to make sure clients fully understand how each strategy will help on the path toward financial independence.
Chris’s passion for the business drives him to continually work to improve his expertise on all matters related to financial services. Led by his goal of serving as a thought leader for clients and his team, he commits himself to constantly honing his industry knowledge and improving his professional skills. He spends much of his time attending conferences (both in person and virtual), reading books, listening to podcasts and participating in webinars. He has been accepted as member of the Mastermind network of The Perfect RIA, a select group of registered investment advisors from across the country who meet several times each year to learn from each other and develop ways to better serve their clients and firms. Chris’s constant drive to improve himself, his firm and the services he provides is evident in client meetings, as he frequently offers innovative solutions to help his clients reach their personal financial goals.
Prior to partnering with Integrated Financial Partners, Chris was a financial planner at both VeraVest and Allmerica Financial.
Chris has a bachelor’s degree in business communications and philosophy from Bentley College and is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional.
Chris is married to his college sweetheart, Marnee. They live in Derry, New Hampshire, with their son, Gabe, and German Shepard, Druzhba. Chris is a leader of the New Hampshire unit of ALERT Cadet (Air and Land Emergency Response Team), a nationwide leadership and discipleship program for fathers and sons. With Gabe as an active participant, Chris organizes meetings, coordinates service projects in his community, and teaches skills such as medical and survival training. The goal of the program is to help young men grow as leaders and in their faith.
Chris is a life-long learner who loves to read, travel and spend time in the beautiful New Hampshire outdoors. Chris and Marnee are also active members of their local church.
As office manager, Lynne Smith manages day-to-day client operations and ensures all back-office processes are running smoothly and efficiently. Her responsibilities include reviewing new business workflow, maintaining client records, implementing compliance procedures, managing the movement and tracking of assets, and providing ongoing service and support. Lynne is the main contact for clients who require assistance with paperwork, transferring money and other day-to-day needs. Lynne also prepares detailed client reports to make client meetings more productive.
As a Client Relationship Manager, Vicki strives to ensure each client’s needs are being met through regular reviews and meetings. She fields client inquiries via phone and email, helps clients access their online statements and oversees one-off projects striving to ensure the team is running as smoothly as possible.
Prior to joining Integrated Financial Partners, Vicki served as an office administrator at a local wealth advisory firm, where she provided exceptional client service while maintaining the day-to-day activities of the office.
Vicki has a wealth of administrative experience in her distinguished professional career, including 10 years at the Warren County (Illinois) United Way, where she led seven consecutive goal-meeting campaigns in her seven years as executive director. Vicki also held an administrative role for 10 years at Community Memorial Hospital in Monmouth, Illinois, and she served as a member of the Monmouth City Council, holding an alderwoman position for 10 years.
While in public office, Vicki received the Paul Harris Award, the highest award given by Rotary International.
Vicki lives in Monmouth with her husband, Barry, and their three pets. She has two adult children who live in Normal, Illinois, and Kansas City. She also has two grandchildren who are her world.

Ray Lucas heads the Integrated Financial Solutions™ division of Integrated Financial Partners which provides case design and consultation. Ray is a former faculty member of the Boston University program for financial planning and a graduate of Bentley College with a degree in Accounting. An experienced author and contributor to various industry publications, Ray is in high demand as a speaker on the topics of estate and retirement planning.
Bill Beaudoin has been a member of our case design team since 1994. Bill specializes in risk management and retirement planning and is skilled in delivering comprehensive investment strategies and tactics supported by appropriate and strategic product selections. His talent lies in his ability to provide creative solutions to address the wealth accumulation, preservation, retirement and estate planning needs of business owners and individuals. The focus of Bill’s work is to build financial plans that provide clients and their families with generational lifetime income.
As Chief Investment Officer, Rob has 31 years of experience as an industry veteran in portfolio management for large, sophisticated foundations, endowments, pensions, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Rob oversees the portfolios within IWC and helps educate, mentor and provide joint work assistance to IFP advisors working with larger, more complicated clients. Rob takes a consultative, educational approach to all advisor interactions. He has a unique ability to adjust the technical level and chemistry of dialogue to fit the audience and to make the complex, remarkably intuitive and straightforward.

Rich Austin specializes in working with business owners and Fortune 500 executives to build comprehensive strategies for their complex situations. By offering creative ideas for investment, estate and charitable gifting strategies, he helps high-net-worth clients build legacies and create family dynasties. Rich concentrates on working with advisors in the design and implementation of thoroughly researched tax reduction strategies. Rich was previously an attorney in private practice and a corporate staff attorney specializing in tax issues and financial analysis.
Derek Chesley has 16 years of comprehensive experience in the financial services industry. He plays an integral role in IFP’s case design and development. Derek trains and coaches advisors who want to begin, transition or increase their offerings of fee-based planning services. His knowledge of the financial Profiles™ software programs, financial condition modeling, and portfolio analysis provides a valuable resource for financial advisors, professional partners and their clients.
Greg has more than 10 years of experience building comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and business owners. He has accumulated significant knowledge with the use of the planning software, eMoney. Through live modeling, Greg creates an interactive client experience. Greg is a graduate of Walpole High School and Bentley University with a degree in Finance.
